Exchange of 24 prisoners between USA and Russia.

With the help of Turkey, 24 prisoners were exchanged between Russia and the United States. Russia also released former American Marine Paul Whalen and American newspaper columnist Ivan Grishkovich in the exchange of prisoners. In the exchange, 8 Russian prisoners imprisoned in Western countries have been released, while the prisoners released from Russia include prisoners from Western countries. are Amiri President Biden has welcomed the exchange of prisoners.
